In most cases, yes, but there are exceptions. If you provided a credit card during or after ordering, we can proceed with the order. If not, we will need to secure your credit card (payment) information before your order can be processed.
Yes, and right now there are additional savings to be had for businesses or organizations that order 5 or more phones/devices. Contact us to learn more about discounts & promotions for your organization.
Goin’ Mobile with LDCB (“GM”) will mail you a bill every month (paper, email, or both). You can pay by check, credit card or money order via the mail. You can call in a credit card payments or pay by logging into your account via the website (My Account page). You can have it automatically deducted from your credit card monthly if you choose.
All plans include free long distance, caller id, call waiting, voicemail, call forwarding and 3-way calling.

There are several ways to pay your bill, including our online "my account" section. If you need help logging in, let us know. Or, you can mail in a check or call us and pay by credit card. Our address and phone are on the contact us page.
Coverage
Yes, some. You can roam in Canada and Mexico with the additional of the International Calling Plan Add-don ($8.00/month). Request the international plan during your initial order, or call and we’ll place your order over the phone for international plans.
Visit the coverage map page. You’ll see the blue areas showing the Voice Coverage, the teal areas show the Voice & Data Coverage, and yellow areas showing High-Speed Data.

GM has partnered with a leading cellular company to ensure nationwide coverage. But it’s not everywhere…yet. So please make sure you have coverage available where you plan to use this service.

Yes you can. You can do all of the things you love to do on the internet, but be aware of your usage to avoid data overage charges.
2.5 gigabytes per month is the current Mobile Data Card Plan, including uploads and downloads (all internet activity). There is no “unlimited” plan currently.
When you receive your package it will contain installation directions. The wireless broadband devices available have an auto-install and auto-connect ability.
